1. Booking Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent to the client once the booking fee and signed agreement are received. The booking fee is non-refundable and reserves the date for the client.

2. Payment Schedule: Payment for videography and photography services must be made in full no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. Payment plans can be arranged if required.

3. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellation must be made in writing no later than 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. If cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before the wedding date, the full payment will be charged.

4. Postponement: In the event of a postponement, we will work with the client to reschedule the date, subject to availability. If we are not available on the new date, the booking fee will be non-refundable.

5. Copyright: The copyright for all images and videos remains with Focus Events Wedding Films. The client may use the images and videos for personal use only and may not sell or license them without prior written permission.

6. Image and Video Delivery: The final images and videos will be delivered within 8-12 weeks after the wedding date. We reserve the right to extend this time if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Travel Fees: Travel fees may apply if the wedding location is more than 50 miles from our studio. These fees will be agreed upon in advance with the client.

8. Work Hours: Our standard coverage time is 8 hours. Any additional hours will be charged at an hourly rate.

9. Creative Control: We reserve the right to exercise creative control over the images and videos produced. We will work with the client to understand their vision and preferences, but the final decisions on creative direction will be made by us.

10. Force Majeure: In the event that our performance is prevented or delayed due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or civil unrest, we will not be held liable for any resulting damages or loss.

By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions for Focus Events Wedding Films work in videography and photography.
